You never know.. he could still get the permission. They would see how well the song did on the Internet, and could change their opinion.

He could, but he won't (you're right about parody being Fair Use). Even when it's just the suits at Atlantic who put their feet down, not Blunt himself.

even without the song it would still be a cool DVD. that would be even cooler if they could make some kind of 3D concert movie like Hannah Montana did.
