Is there a schedule of where all it will be going? I'm hoping it comes to the Cincinnati museum center at some time cuz I could probably get a discount for it since my sis works there

It doesn't appear to be booked for anywhere after the OC Fair. Why not ASK the Cincinnati museum center to book it? Steve Schenck, Paradise Artists, is the guy doing the booking.

Is that the Brainitorium that they couldn't build on time last year?

The space I thought was going to be the Brainitorium is arts & handicrafts exhibit space. The place where Al's Brain was last year now has a permanent small-concert space called the Hangar (which, unsurprisingly, looks like an old-timey airplane hangar) which this year is featuring cover bands for a "small' additional charge (8 bucks or so). But when you stop to think that the cheapest Weird Al ticket is $12.50, and it includes fair admission, meaning that Al only costs you $2.50 extra, as opposed to $8.00 for a cover band that only covers ONE band each... it makes no sense atall.

So where is Al's Brain playing this year? What's the venue itself like, as compared with the tent it was in last year?

It's right next to the Green Gate, and it's in the tent again. But maybe a little further from the big carnival rides, so just that much quieter. Really, though, it's pretty much the same, except for putting the film first and the info displays second this year.

How does it effect his concert performances, having to leave his brain at home in LA?

I saw no difference, so I'm coming around to the conclusion that it isn't really Al's actual brain they have there in OC, it's just a Tribute Brain, kind of the cover band version of his brain.

The Hangar is the building they couldn't finish on time. It's a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be... almost too big to just have Al's Brain in it. I'm kinda glad it's a mini concert venue.

Look what I found in the paper here in OC:
