Our poor li'l hamster, El Diablo, who made his acting (acting?) debut licking Al's face on the Even Worse page of the 2007 cALendar has gone to that big exercise wheel in the sky.
Bummer, but at 2 years and 3 months, his little time had come.
Awww.

At least he will forever be immortalized on the ALendar.
Goodnight, funnyhamster.

I'll never forget when my hamster died. It was so sad, because even though he lived in a fairly large tank by himself, he would hoard his food in the corner; and I think then he forgot where he put it. He died in a little over a year (I think they're supposed to live longer than that, aren't they?), but every time I cleaned out his tank there was a massive stockpile of food under the wood chips. I fed him pretty regularly, and yet I'm pretty sure he still starved to death.

I can also remember my hamster's death.
RIP El Diablo.

Akrovak,
I can't find a refernce to "Young, Dumb and Ugly" or "She Never Told Me She Was A Mime" in this month's drawing. Should I keep looking?
(It's okay if there isn't one, I still think it's cool!

Thanks for the compliment, Dave!
And if I remember correctly, in my mind, the guy trying to get the can of soup to talk is kind of "Young, Dumb and Ugly" ... and I put a wig on the can of soup, which will not talk, making it a her, and the guy's kind of upset because "She Never Told [Him] She Was A Mime".
Yeah ... pretty lame, and I guess I could have done something a little clearer there.
