Some pretty cool news for Ben Folds. Three songs that he wrote for the animated film "Over the Hedge" are among 56 that are eligible to be nominated for an Oscar! The songs are "Family of Me," "Heist" and "Still." The 56 songs will be narrowed down to 5 or 6 in the category of Best Original Song. Congrats, and good luck, Ben!

(12/20/06 - NEW YORK) - Kevin Federline will celebrate the new year by getting into a fake fight.

Federline is scheduled to be in the ring with WWE champ John Cena on New Year's Day in Miami. He was watching a match in Washington, where he told The Washington Post that "the real Kevin Federline never backs down from a challenge." He predicts he'll be the winner.

Federline tells the haters in the crowd to "make all your jokes" because on New Year's Day, he'll be the one "laughing." His final trash-talk for the champ: "My name is not K-Fed, it's Kevin Federline, (expletive)."
