Plus, is it okay to print the Poodle Hat album cover, it would look nice.
Al's peeps may very well be printing the Poodle Hat photo on a T shirt. Buy the Official T Shirt! At the Official T Shirt Booth! After standing in the Official T Shirt Booth Line! It's all part of the concert experience, right?
It's also an important factor in ensuring that tours make money instead of
losing money for the artists. And we don't want that to happen.

I was going to make my own shirt too. I had made one for RWS out of an old Mighty Ducks Jersey. I now have a Tennessee Titans "27" shirt that I was going to do something with, although I took off Tennessee and just left the 27 and all the sports fans and my work knew instantly what the shirt was...so maybe I'll come up with a diffrent idea...gosh i'm rambling now..sorry

If you're talking about the proposed "better seats" shirts, I would say probably no. It all goes back to elements on products that none of us here have the right to use....especially on something that it seems a few people are going to have made and wear to the concerts.
But if you're talking about a shirt that you're making yourself, I'm not even sure how you would get it done unless you have that kind of set-up on your computer. Most copier and printing stores won't accept anything copyrighted.
Obviously there are places that copy those things onto shirts anyway (how else can one explain seeing Calvin and Hobbes shirts?), but I'm not sure I would want to wear clothing from a place that would do that. Not being a bootleg prude, mind you, but just if the person has no ethics in his or her business, then who knows where they would get their shirts from. :shudder:

Ewww, yes. Sweatshops. Wash before wearing.

What would be funny, would be a stick figure drawing of the Poodle Hat cover. Would that be a copyright infringement?
I'm hoping they have a special edition Bela shirt for sale...

I don't think it would be (infringing, that is), but this could be one of those gray areas that always surround the idea of parodies.
For something like that, I personally would chance it (and of course, my advice is not legally binding permission of something I have no say in). If anyone asks you if it's a real Al shirt, then they deserve to be lied to.
I think there have been a few fans that have made Al jackets and items with Al artwork, and I don't believe they have been beaten senseless yet. Although I have heard that Fred's van doesn't run anymore....

I bet the caps will sell quickly no matter what's on them!

Yeah, but you know, that could really change Bela's life. She wouldn't be able to go out alone to her favorite restaurants without being mobbed for pawprints, she'd have to screen her phone calls, she might even develop a kibble habit and get an article in PEOPLE.

Okay, making sure...
once Scotti puts it up I made a great drawing of Poodle Hat parodying the Linkin Park logo, but I don't have a website and plus I'm gonna use it as my avatar...we could use that...
or maybe we could use that great "Al alone on Public Transportation" pic, if we get permission from the man...
Either that, or just use a fan pic. Or I could just wear my Pentiums shirt.
That I wear every other day...

I've been wanting to buy that Titan's 27 jersey for quite some time to make it Alness. But sadly, I could never afford that since I saw the price and about died.
Aieeee.

Actually I believe the Titans Jersey I have is a knock off as it only cost me like 15 dollars ( I bought 2) I found them in one of thoes t-shirt shops that sell you 3 for $5 or 5 for $10. You may want to look around your area for them.
