You're right, my bad. I am originally from Philly suburbs and I didn't have the experience of bag boys until I moved out here to SoCal. However since we are talking about running into Al at the supermarket, it would have to be here in Los Angeles where bag boys are in fact the norm, so you would not need to offer to carry his bags.sataneatscheezwhiz @ January 08, 2009 02:11 pm wrote: yes, i've been to the supermarket tons of times! they just must not have "bag boys" in eastern PA! i've never even heard the term "bag boys" before.

Since this has been coming up in the Suzanne thread, I thought now would be a good time to resurrect this topic on the subject of tweets as public information. Others have mentioned in this thread that if they saw Al out in public - at a Starbucks or something - that they would NOT go up and say hello. So my question is if Al tweets that he's going to LACMA for the day to check out the new Pompeii exhibit and you run into him there (intentionally or not), do you believe is it then alright to say hello?

What's the difference between looking at a painting and walking around? It's equally as boring.Big Spoon @ October 12, 2009 01:36 pm wrote: I'd say it is, if done at the right time. For example, if he's in the middle of viewing a painting, then no. But if he's walking around, then it'd be okay.
How old was that last signature? I mean, really?
