I really do feel for you Jeremy!.........Alinite27 @ Aug 11 2008, 08:05 PM wrote: .........I'm really gonna miss these guys, had such a blast these last couple years..doesn't seem like it should be over...
I know what an enormous part this has played in your summer (and last year too) as it has in mine also.
Ok so I only had two shows (and yes the cheerleaders in Scranton were AWESOME) but I had to get on a whole lot of aeroplanes and stuff to get there which Id never done in my whole life before, so it was a huge, enormous big deal for me as well
. I would LOVE to do what you have done and travel around to so many shows and I really feel you've achieved such a lot by doing that. I was really pleased to meet you at both shows and I REALLY hope I will see you again when the next tour comes around.
Withdrawal is bad for me here, I cant imagine what it'll be like for you... terrible!. You'll have to find something else to keep you busy I guess. Thank you for all your wonderful reviews that have helped a lot of people who werent able to share in the live shows this year feel like thay could get a feel for the events and continue to feel involved and not shut out. They've always given a very comprehensive overview as well as a lot of interesting details. Thank you SO much...
You ROCK!!!

Louise

Hey, Jared! Nice review. So glad you had such a great time, and so much fun afterwards as well. What a cool idea, having the guys sign your shirt. I had mine with me, but, as you know. I didn't wear it for most of the Meadowbrook show because of the heat. You have had a bit of an adventure yourself. I hope that you are able to handle not going to any more shows. I so wish I could see at least one more myself. Anyway, it was nice meeting you at Max and Erma's. Have a fun rest of the summer!
Oh, and sorry to hear about your pic with Al being ruined, but please post your pics with Steve, Jim and Rubén.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

It was fun meeting you too! Like I said, sorry for being so distant there though. I wanted to sit at your table but there wasn't enough room for Jeremy and his mom with Dan, Jon, and me sitting there, and I didn't want to just leave them sitting alone. Maybe next tour if I make it out to some Michigan shows you'll have to carpool with us or something.
As for handling the withdrawals...I'm still working on that. Like Jeremy, and many others on here I'm sure...the next couple years are going to be reallllllly long. I'm just excited by the thought of the next time I see the show it's going to be a completely new show.
Yeah, the thing that kills me about my pic with Al was I know it was taken and it turned out great...I saw it on Dan's camera screen. Then about 5 seconds later when he went to upload all of the photos from that night, it was somehow corrupt. It's not something I can just go back and retake or anything...and its lost forever. I'm extremely upset about it. A few of the concert pictures got the same treatment as well. BUT, at least I got these awesome pictures with Steve, Ruben, and Jim! (I will someday get a keyboard with a line over the "e" lol)
Indiana Jones style!
Now THIS is a magical moment!
A great talent hanging out with a guy wearing a stolen, vandalized bowling shirt...
I'll try getting some pics of my signatures on my shirt. Eventually I want to get Al, Jim, and Jon to sign it. I forgot to ask Jim to sign it last night somehow...UGH.

'Tis true, I didn't really have a chance to talk with you last night. But it was nice to see you again!kaffy© @ Aug 11 2008, 07:32 AM wrote: It was awesome to see everyone even if it was just a quick Wave, right Alexis?

Yeah! Do you remember at the beginning of Bedrock Anthem Steve did like a Tarzan-like dance thing. Pounding on his chest and swaying his arms? That was great. Steve seemed to be really into it tonight.

Absolutely 100% agree with you. This was one of the best meet and greets ever! Lot of fun hanging out with you after the show.

Awesome. Man, I wish I had taken a pic with his hat!

Oh yeah, that was so much fun. Ruben was so funny. See Jared, if nothing else, you'll still have the memory of singing Close to You with Ruben.

Yeah, I've been lucky enough to talk to Steve quite a bit this tour. It's been a very cool experience getting to know him over these last 2 years. Rubén...all I can say about that experience was you had to be there. That guy is one of the funniest people I've ever met! I'm glad I was finally able to meet him. I wish I could have spent just a little more time with Jim, but there was a ton of other people wanting to meet him so I didn't really get much time.
I just hope that by some twist of fate I can get that picture recovered. I really don't think it's possible, but I still cant help but hope.
Oh yeah, singing Close To You with Rubén (Sometimes was Close To Rubén) was so much fun!

I do!! I even attempted to get pictures of his antics, unfortunately, my settings on my camera weren't correct, and it didn't turn out. HOWEVER, i do have some good pictures, so I'll have to get those up. heheWEIRDALexis279 @ Aug 11 2008, 11:02 PM wrote:

"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.
