Well, mother and I got our tickets.
We are in Section 3 row D seats 1 and 2... I think.
Does anyone know how to get backstage passes?
Everyone I've asked says it's pretty much just luck, but how do you become that lucky? Is there anything you can do to improve your luck?
This summer is becoming the best summer of my life... 3 Al concerts!!!

Everyone who's told you its luck, is absolutely right. There is no specific way to get them.. just gotta be lucky. Maybe he'll do a M&G after the show. Cuz he doesn't have to travel too far, but then this is KI, so he probably won't

and thats because of the park.

Did I read somewhere that he did a meet and great last time at Kings Island? Diva, you were there, do you remember. I left because I figured it was hopeless.

I can't believe you're going to fly to Cincinnati, of all places.
Those air fares are killer! I've been looking at flights to Holland and it's almost as cheap.

I left with you and Shelley and I don't think he did. We might have caught a glimpse of the tour buses leaving somewhere in the night......
Cheers, Diva

Flying into Cincinnati is horrible, if you want to save money try to fly into Dayton, Ohio or Louisville, Ky. Louisville is about 2 hours away, Dayton is about 45 mins.

Yeah, but then you have the cost of a rental car.

Does anyone know when they pick the people to give the backstage passes to? I'm just really confused about the whole thing.
It'll be great to see some of the people I met at Kettering at this show.
I think I'm sitting close to you again, Carole.
This time it's just me and my mother going.

Actual backstage passes tend to go to friends of the band, venue management and radio contest winners.

Kings's Island is relatively far from Cinti International Airport. I have never flown for a show, do most people just hitch a ride with a local Al fan to a show?
