Sorry about the whole ticket deal, Diva. When I saw the row A, I was about to tell my mom, but then I decided against it. Just to get her to buy the tickets was hard enough. Yeah, parking at these types of this tends to bad, reminds me of the Hollywood Bowl. I'll be sure to leave extra early to get there. I might make my brownies again...

Oh man Pit and section A tickets were available?????????????? I tried going through the mothership for about 1/2 hour and they had no listing for the greek. Kevin and I broke down and just went with the section B seating through ticket master. We've always had crap seats for the Greek. The last time Al was there we ended up in section C, so were a little better off this time. I wished I had checked here before buying the tickets. DOH!!! At least we're able to go!!!

Just got my tickets. Section A, row D. Seats 37 and 38.
I get to sit next to Barney Slayer, I get to sit next to Barney Slayer.....makes the whole missed-the-pit thing worthwhile.
Cheers, Diva

Hey! I am in Sec A Row E on Steve's side.
I wasn't paying attention to the new concert dates or I would have bought pit if they were available. It's the only concert I will attend this tour unless I bust out and go to Perris too. My husband thinks I'm nuts as it is. "You bought 4 tickets!?"
I'm trying to find a way to tell him he doesn't have to go so I can hang around afterward and see if there will be a meet and greet. He's not too keen on hanging around a venue for hours just for a chance to see someone run for a limo. (At least that's how he sees it.)
From the stories I read from the last time Al was at the Greek it was VERY late before he emerged and there was not much interaction like a regular meet and greet. I imagine he and the band will be extra celebratory this time since it is the last show (so far) so I feel the chance of getting to see them afterward is slim. They may party with friends and relatives and not do the M&G.
Anyone else have the same feelings?

Yeah, my feeling is that the friends and relatives will take priority there. Has Al even done a non-pass M&G anywhere in Los Angeles or Orange County since 2002?

Hey! Remember for the album signing in LA we had (or you had, I didn't get to go) name tags so we could identify other WOWAY members? Could we do that? huh, huh?
I would like to meet some of you people and I don't think I would recognize most people except for Kev and Cid and maybe Meli (from her head shots) Princess Bob and, and,... Anyway, sounds like fun. I think I saved the one I didn't get to use.
Whadaya say?

I'm cool with wearing a name tag. Alas, the neato one Diva made got broken when the pin fell off.
But I have lots of sticky labels. Something can be arranged.

I have a .jpeg of the badge from the SOL signing on my computer, if anyone wants me to e-mail it to them. Just PM me if you want one.

I'll be wearing the awesome badge Diva gave me from OC.

I'll be on the look out for everyone, and as for me, just look for the curly red hair. Trust me, its hard to miss.
Is anyone positive this is the last show? I have been hearing rumors that Bermuda said they're confirming more dates and it might go into November. Not that is bad or anything, it gives more people the chance to see them. But I wouldn't be too sure, that if it is the last show, that they wouldn't do a meet and greet. I read Dave's reviews from the Poodle Hat tour (I just wanted to see what it was like, at multiple ones...) and he was there at the last concert, and Al did a full on meet and greet.
Of course, I'm only bringing this up to get my hopes up a little bit because I would love to meet Al with all my heart, but you never know until it happens.

Well, I already printed out my badge (thanks Barneyslayer!) and put it in a holder!
(maybe I should work some today too

)
I hope there are more dates like you said Meli. I should put in a few inquiries about him playing here at CSU. He did for RWS, but the acoustics were terrible at the arena. They have since improved them so maybe Al would consider it. I should bug Carol Dixon. Wish I was in closer connection.
I hope you get to meet him Meli! I'll will be sure to look for you.
