About the stormtroopers... I remembered seeing these guys previously in a local Raleigh parade. Apparently it's some kind of club (
http://carolina501st.com/main.htm) and part of a larger national organization (
http://www.501st.com/index.php). Wacky!

That's cool, jokah. I found some pics of stormtroopers in Raleigh here.
I love Al's expression!

At least, I know tomorrow will work out with Dave.
I was going to show up before the Wildwood show to find the tour bus (6o' clockish), because I'm planning on staying afterwards to meet Al. If I could meet up w/ you (Alintie27) and Elvis that would be great. I'll be wearing a Guitar Hero t-shirt.

My two friends who recently moved out to NC went to see the concert.

That's a nice review. Nikki's right... Al is very far from being a has-been (or even a very successful oldies act... there's nothing "oldies' about Al)
Even without having seen the actual concert, I laughed out loud at the storm troopers with pompoms during SLN.

Nice pics, avitdc! Love the stormtroopers/cheerleaders!
Kristine, your friend wrote up a very nice review. Love the pic of Al. Mmm, wet, glistening, newly washed Al hair.... :9~ *At least, it looks that way on my monitor. It sees everything darker*

Here's the Raleigh concert from the point of view of one of the stormtroopers.
