It looks like the video will be largely based on the R. Kelly video, as the text in the ad looks a lot like the text in the Trapped In The Closet posters. Of course, the ad could be the only parody of the original videos I guess, but I hope not.

Obviously not a lot can be determined from the ad, but it is cool that they're playing off the "Closet" logo. Whether that means the video itself will be a parody, I don't know but I'm curious nevertheless.

I think it at least alludes to the fact that the animator (who has posted here before and is obviously a big fan) did his research and at least had the original video in mind when animating.
Jib Jab did the Taylor Hicks look and kind of made fun of his "video" or American Idol in general. There's no reason to think DoogToons won't do the same, at least to some degree.
If this guy does pull off an awesome visual parody of Trapped In The Closet... well then that's pretty exciting.

Not a lot can be said just by looking at that ad, but it does at least give me some hope that this will parody some elements of the original video.

I hope it starts with someone trapped in a closet.

The video is coming in two days. I'm so excited to see if its going to be a parody video or not. We'll just have to wait and see...

I wonder if it's going to be released in the morning or afternoon. If it's in the morning, I can possibly see it before work. Otherwise, I'll have to wait to get home.

I'll have to see it after school since I don't have time before-hand. Hopefully it will still be on the front page then.
