That song was insane.
If this is on the next album (or even if it isn't), it BETTER get a video, or... let's just say this better get a video.

Okay, I've now listened to the song seven or eight times straight and have downloaded "You're Beautiful" so I could have the original version (I collect them! ).

My favorite lines:

But the best by far is the introduction! So, what's the story behind the original? Did he actually mess up the introduction and they just left it on the track? Listening to the original, it sure seems like that's what happened.

BRAVO!!!!!!!! Suffice it to say, it gained a 5 star rating on my ITunes already

I wonder why it was posted. I concur that it's probably because it's being dropped from the album for some reason.

I don't know...for an artist so protective of his extra material, it just doesn't fit. Until the album comes out or Bermuda says so, I'll just stick with Al feeling sorry about the album's progress, and thanking us for our patience

Hmmm....just saw the blurb about ten songs. Wow, that's weird. Maybe this was dropped (Seems a little odd to do all that work, but whatever....hey, the whole process leading up to this album's been odd)

Just out of curiosity I checked out the recording dates to see if Bermuda had updated that (added in the song title or deleted it from the recording date archive) and it looks like one song has been taken off from April's recording sessions.
I absolutely love the song! I am suprised a little that Al did not save it as a big concert only song (like I'll Repair for You) and caught everyone off guard. Of course I am more than pleased he decided to share it with us now.

El, Dave is pointing out the last group of you're pitifuls. There are still only two.
