Or you could just hike over and bang on the fence. Maybe a gentle, rich soul would take some pity and sneak you in...;)

Why am I giving you all these horrible ideas?! In the name of Al...

What an awesome pic of Suzanne! Like many others, I'm sure, it is one of the only (there were a few others) pictures I've seen of Suzanne where's she isn't in a wedding dress, and she's a doll! I hope to meet her someday!!! (FOR THE Thousandth time Patti, LUCKYYY!!!)

I really wish there were some way we could see/hear Al's portion of the event...the chemistry between Alice and Al would be priceless...

And maybe Alice will bring out Al's 'gift' to him, who knows?!?! :P

Then again, he did perform with Spinal Tap and Ben Folds in the past, and that was never listed, so maybe he makes it a policy not to list performances when someone else is a headliner and he's only there to perform a song or two.

What I'm wondering is if the band is going to be there and they are going to perform an Al song, or if Al's just going by himself to duet with Alice on one of Alice's songs or something.  My guess is the latter, and that's probably not why it's listed.

I think Al doesn't want the attention taken off the headliner, which is a real professional, gentlemanly thing to do. A lot of acts would be like, "I'm there, and I want the whole spotlight!" And I also think he's usually a friend of the headliner, so that ties into it, too.

Remember to bang LOUD!
Hmmm...something's gone horribly awry here...
Al Team 2772!

The thing is, this is a charity event, so I think it should at least be mentioned on the page.
I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!

Well, that's a possibility, but if it puts another few bodies in the seats for the headliners, then I'm sure they wouldn't mind (unless they want it to be a surprise, which, in this case, it obviously isn't). There would be a classy way to list it without stepping on the headliner's toes or trying to upstage them. For example, Ben Folds mentions he performs on Al's album on his website, but doesn't try to upstage Al.

Also, the format of this show seems to be several acts one after another, under Alice Cooper's name, where no particular act is more important than the next. The audience is going to be there to see their favorite act(s) and help out a charity, not necessarily to see Alice Cooper.

I admire the sort of fan mindset that considers a six-hour drive in the middle of the work week possibly doable! :)
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.
