weirdal.com FAQ says that Al was born 1:56 pm on 10-23-59. You would think he'd be a Scorpio, but according to people who do charts, it passed from Libra to Scorpio a few minutes after 2pm on that date. So, Al is technically a Libra. He's about as cusped as a person can get.
I know he doesn't think horoscopes have much merit, but he's also said he'll occasionally read both Libra and Scorpio, and then just go with with the more favorable one.

Thanks weird_el for the clarification about Al's sign and for the funny Al comment about it. I didn't realize the starting/ending time for each sign changed from year to year, although I guess I should have figured it out.

hehe. Whenever I listen to Horoscope in the car, at my sign (Virgo) I always point at my dad when Al says "All Virgos are extremely friendly and intelligent...except for you" (since he's a Virgo also) and he points back at me. Its one of my favorites off of RWS and I've pretty much mastered the fast part. I also miss it live!
