I like the old stuff more. Everything up to Even Worse. Of course, I grew up with those albums, and I don't care for most of the music put out since 1998, so I'm sure I'm biased. The later albums are still good, but like others have said, I miss the accordians, and I think that the last few polks seem to have gotten away from the accordian and tuba-heavy bass lines and seem to focus more on more traditional instruments. They just don't seem like polkas any more. Aw heck, maybe I'm just turning into a bitter old man in regards to new music. 

And what better way to say "I love you." than with the gift of a spatula?
