I always thought I was the only one my age who felt this way but then I came here! I was so relieved to find a person (Alicia) right off the bat who shares so many of my interests, and then to meet all you lovely people from your various corners of the world and as Lee Ann said, your various walks of life.
To me it goes to show you're never as alone or as unusual as you think you are, and there's always a place for you to fit in.

Speaking of photos, might as well ask here. I know this is a no-bootleg community, of course, so videos are out of the question no matter how long or short. Photos confuse me, though. A lot of venues have a "no photography of any kind" policy and so, if we wanted to share photos from a concert we attended, is that alright to do even if it is from one of those venues that doesn't permit photography during the show? We all know that these rules don't stop people from snapping photos (or video, especially in the case of Tacky, where everyone and their mother has their phones out recording) at concerts, and from what I've seen, security is pretty chill about this at many places as long as you aren't ruining the show for others.

What about another grey area... what if I made a short GIF out of a video I took? Would that be okay and counted as a photo or would it count as a video?

I asked the "Contest Guy" he said I could film it & take pictures as long as it's on my phone. I have most of my videos up on my YouTube page
