Paul F. Tompkins' new special on Comedy Central ended with his bit about taping "Best Week Ever" across from "I Love The 70s/80s/90s/00s" (pick one) across from Al on VH1 and joke shaming him for ruining their takes. Also, he apparently had a similar experience to Al the night he opened for Missing Persons. I'd reccommend watching it.

Heh, my mom just mentioned that to me. Took me a few seconds to figure out which Al song that line was from, but that line was the first thing that immediately entered my head.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

For all fans of style parody, do yourself a favor and check out this new song by Tim Heidecker of "Tim & Eric" fame. Bob Dylan has announced he would be releasing a fourteen minute epic tribute to the Titanic, so Tim beat him to it by pre-emptively releasing his own fifteen minute epic tribute to the Titanic in the style of Dylan.

This is really one of the best non-Al style parodies I've heard and as far as Bob Dylan style parodies go, this one gives "Bob" a run for its money.
