Where was SPOILER Paul Scheer in the film? I didn't notice him. You're talking about the same SPOILER Paul Scheer who was in SPOILER Human Giant, right?

And who exactly is SPOILER Diana West?

And also, HE WAS POINTING AT ME! MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Wait a minute...SPOILER was Paul Scheer the crazy homeless dude?

ANOTHER EDIT: Two (sort of) celeb cameos you missed... SPOILER Voice actor extraordinaire Billy West did the voices of Norm Owl, Billy the Brain and the offscreen guy who yells "He's not here!" Meanwhile, there's a bit of hand-drawn animation near the beginning of the music video part which I'm PRETTY SURE was animated by John Kricfalusi.

at the hotel, I found this thing for the OC Fair, with an ad for Als Brain on the front:

....Yeah... that's the pamphlet you can pick up when you enter the fairgrounds. It's not that special. There are thousands printed, and you can find them at the Information booth.

That would be the artist formerly known as this
There, I'm sure that cleared things up wonderfully. :P

One non-celeb cameo you missed is SPOILER Al's mother-in-law. There's really only one possible person she could be. And she looks GREAT for somebody married 50+ years.

I know I'm managing to drag my family all across the world to see this, but I doubt they'll want to watch it more than one time (it's a miracle they want to watch it even one time, considering they can't understand English that much).

I want to do the fangirl squee with someone who gets it. Anyone? Bueller?
I was thinking of going to Kevin's karaoke show (never seen it, bad Kevin fan! :P ) but if that doesn't start until 9, I could probably fit in a visit between getting off work at 5 and 9-ish. I have the Super Pass, so I can go as often as I want. And I can talk to your family!

I'm planning to go see it Friday. Is there a group of people going from the hotel to the fair to see it? I'll be in the area Friday morning. Woo.

I'm planning on seeing it Sunday morning, before heading back to LA.

Oooooh! Awesomesauce! Then I can probably ditch my parents earlier than planned. My dad wants to see KC and the Sunshine band. I like the one song of theirs (okay, the two or three), but not as much as I'd love to see Al's Brain over and over, and then karaoke :D
