Bootlegs is a very wide term. Mashups are bootlegs, even if they are released by the record company. Concert records are bootlegs. Songs, albums, or whatever not released by the recording company, generally things not oficially released are bootlegs. If something is especially wanted, they have it. But no concerts and especially napster sort of things. At least this is what I have gathered. They have allowed TWAS, before it was on DVD, mashups, but no concerts, trading or downloads.
