I'd say if Al was to do a song about something video game related it would most likely be the Wii, since it's something that has had more mainstream appeal. Another possibility would be World of Warcraft, but I feel the time to parody that has passed. A third possibility would be a song about Guitar Hero/ Rock Band, which could be released as a downloadable song for the game. Though I don't know if it would be possible to write a good song entirely about Guitar Hero/Rock Band. Also Al has already done something related to it.

Everytime I hear that Poker Face song I can't help but think it is rife for parody. But ugh. it's annoying.

I think HE thinks he's overdone food. And Michael Jackson.

I've been thinking about making a parody called "Polka Craze" or "Polka Phase" (Oom pah pah polka craze. Oom pah polka craze.), but then that would mean actually listening to the song more. I bet that'll be on Al's next polka.

hehe, good idea, Lou! Maybe I'm the only one who liked the fitness instructor character from TWAS, but I could see Al donning that costume again, maybe even sans the wig, and doing a song like that!
Well, it'd be sweet for us gals, anyway, right?

Craigslist is not less funny than other Al songs. It is just far more subtle humor than he usually does. This is overall a VERY good thing if it becomes a trend though I expectthe album will feature somemore traditional obvious types of humor as well

WeirdAl.com's archived recording dates mention "Craigslist" was recorded April 21st.
Is it safe to assume he recorded the others around this time?

I think so. Al tweeted that he spent something like 52 hours in five days singing. So it wasn't just the one song.
