Say....are those gold records on the wall in the background?
Yes. They are mine. Well, not mine meaning Throwing Toasters Gold records, but mine meaning I own them. :-) They aren't Al albums though and I'd be much to embarrassed to admit they are for Wrestling related albums and the guitar is autographed by The Honky Tonk Man.

Thanks for posting the pictures, Grant! Al must really like the name Debbie. I wonder when we'll see it. That November 17th date seems like it was incorrect, since it was taken down almost immediately after it was posted.

Well the funny thing about Debbie is my first "hit" on Dr. Demento was a song called Debbie and several other comedy music artists have songs called Debbie (usually stalker-ish or defeated love story songs). I don't know who this Debbie REALLY is but she sure gets around!
was told the video is PLANNED to be released at the same time as Taylor Hicks' new CD which is the first week of Dec.

I was thinking maybe it was meant to be an in-joke reference to Confessions Pt III. If Al says "I'm so sorry Debbie, I mean Bridget" then he must have had some other girl on his mind. Maybe it's the girl he's singing about in Do I Creep You Out.
I'm usually not into the whole songs being interconnected thing, but since it's just a quick reference in a video it could easily be intentional.

Or it's giving props to all the Debbie comedy songs that came before. MAYbe. It's possible we all dated the same girl. ;-)
