Wow this is awesome. Really hope this means we'll get a new live Blu-Ray release. It's been 12 years, I think we're due for another live concert release by now...

And where is Yankomaniac? He's the only Canadian on the entire site, and I'd really like his input on this.

Al mentioned to me that they were doing this but I thought he meant in a year or something. Definitely should go to this, only about 4 hrs away, gonna try my best to hit one of the shows!! He told me they are planning to do a Live DVD out of it, I guess it depends how well they play and stuff. Exciting stuff.

What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

Well...went to apply for the passport card today. Have to say it's a little more complicated to get it than I had thought. I had a passport 15 years ago to travel overseas and you have to turn these in with your passport application. So, now it got to where we had to find these. Then, they tell us that it takes from 6-8 weeks to do the passport cards...since unlike the regular passports they process the information in the state facility and then send off to get the passports cards made. It's then up to the passport card facility of when you get them. So, that's out.
Studying more into the whole passport website thing. It says that if it's less than two weeks from your travel date, you can then apply at a passport agency. Supposedly you can receive your passports the same day at these. I found one in Buffalo, and they also make their own passport cards there..so we can still do the cheaper passport card saving $100. So, I think we're going to try to hit up the Buffalo agency before the concert on the 13th. Hopefully get them then. However, we will be passing back through Buffalo heading to Canada on the 15th after Lancaster, or even on the 16th. So, we should be able to get them sometime in that time period...hopefully.
Would have been so much easier if there could have been more advance notice about these concerts. But, it is what it is. Hopefully this will work.

Did you consider for a minute that maybe it isn't worth it?

I'd say it would be damn worth it, if it all works out like you have it planned.

Yeah, exactly Yanko, why would it not be worth it? And Yanko, you're lucky brother that you already have one and don't have to deal with all this stuff. Wow, it's a lot.
BTW, I love that those who say that "it's not worth it" or "I'm not excited" are those who continue to hate and those who only see one show. Just sayin'.
