No. Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings. Smoking marijuana is considered as normal smoking, so no.. Besides that, nobody will like it when you start smoking canabis inside a building..

I went to a Weezer concert last night. The whole venue reeked of pot and I don't think anyone was complaining.

I still can't understand why people start smoking , normal cigarets or (soft) drugs like marijuana .

I complained, but mostly because I wasnt there. But I know that marijuana is legal there, but is it not regulated?

In California? It's only legal for medical use but I don't think anyone using it while sitting in the audience of a Weezer concert could legitimately claim that was why they were doing it... Generally speaking, at concerts, most security turns the other cheek. It's not exactly a top priority compared to people sneaking into places they aren't supposed to be.
I'm going again for the Pinkerton show. I'll report back here if it also smells like pot tonight.

They were too seperate places. I meant about it being regulated in the Netherlands. And if you are at a concert and you have glaucoma, smoking weed will help you see better, so that puts a whole in your argument
