Just curious, does he normally prowl the audience like that during Lover? That was hilarious, and the reviewer's description is apt.

yes, if the venue is set up in a way that allows Al to get into the audience, he does.

Yes, venue allowing (stairs at the edge of the stage), he always goes into the audience for WBUL.

Yep, even though this time there were stairs at the end of the stage, Al just chose to hope off in the middle of the stage to enter the audience rather than taking the stairs. 'Twas an excellent performance, as always.

My son was bragging on the ride home (as we were talking about our favorite parts of the show) that he knew he was going to come out. I had told him no way. No idea how he called it, considering he never is on message boards and has never gone to a concert before.

The stairs are usually more for when he has to get back ON the stage

I have no idea either, but if you play the lottery, you might consider having your son pick your numbers.
