Were they supposed to send something? Most of my Artist Arena tickets have been "will call." If you login to the presale site, it should give you a summary of your orders and let you know if it's will call or not.

I can't see where I'm supposed to log in and see my account, but I do remember that when I ordered it said what it always says -- that tickets would be received about a week before the show. The last time they came way before that, but maybe now they're actually keeping their word...

My confirmation email specifically says the tickets will be mailed. The Forum show is will call and it says so on the confirmation email.

Calling Artist Arena now!

OK I called. They JUST realized that the show is next week and they haven't sent the tickets out yet!! I was assured that they are having the tickets messengered over to them today to be mailed out immediately (gulp) and we should have them in no more than 4 days. She also said they will have a will call list at the door just in case... and if your tickets do not arrive by the date of the show, call and let them know.

Well, hopefully they do get the tickets out... I've heard of people having problems with them before...

Wow. Just.... wow. :blink: Yet somehow it just feels par for the course. :? How does this company stay in business? I'm glad the rest of my tickets are all will call.

It's a good thing you called, Nancy! Pretty unprofessional on their part not to have sent out the tickets! *insert hand slapping forehead smiley here*
