I can confirm July 6 - WDTAHTM and July 7 - Bob.

I hope he does WDTAHTM on Aug 17. Of the 2 I like that one better. I'll let you know.

That's what I had on my list from the still unknowns. A couple have ?'s next to them where there was evidence of it in the topic for the show, but it wasn't 100% confirmed.

March 14th in Wollongong Australia was Bob. And unless I overlooked it on your list, July 31st in Wausau, WI was Bob as well.

Thanks! I'll note the question marked ones for now until someone can confirm it. I don't want to "guess" at any just yet. We can always follow up later on those leads if we have to. For now I'd rather be able to back it up with some kind of proof, whether that be pictures, article, review/statement from someone who was there first hand, etc.
