No way, it's always about California. Look at how many replies are in the O.C. Fair thread.

Gotta hand it to ya there, California rocks. But right now, Australia rocks because they get the concert before us and a show with Weird Al on it. Not like we don't get those all the time though... They deserved one.

I was thinking about challenging Al to a game of Laser Wars, but a) I forgot, and b ) he'd just flown in and would have been tired

and slightly off topic, but I found out that Al flew out of Melbourne to Sydney at around 4pm today [7th], I guess they've gone to do some promotion stuff before going to NZ for the weekend...not that I'm stalking him or anything

Hmm... does Al pack his attack-poodles when he goes overseas? :P

Seriously, though, I am really looking forward to seeing this show... and three days before the concert... MAN, am I going to have a serious case of AIH! :P My friend Adam, who's playing chauffeur/going to the concert with me, reckons he'll have to carry me into the theatre because I'll have such bad AIH I won't be able to walk... I hardly think that's likely.

(On the way back OUT, if Al does a meet & greet, on the other hand... :D)

The torrent is only going to be around 200mb, but it mostly only turns up on private invite-only trackers, which is why I will probably be uploading a version or two of my own - one as an avi which will also be around 200mb, and a smaller Windows Media version. I don't know how small that will be yet but I'll be able to tell you all by Sunday.

Would it make more sense to put this in Media Al?

Suprisingly, Al didn't have any extra security, just the regular guys at the ABC [and there wasn't many of those]. Well, I was suprised, anyway

Even though Al is big, I don't think anyone is likely to hurt him like someone would hurt Tom Cruise. I think we've all thought about hurting Tom Cruise.
