I'm betting the TWAS DVDs will be out sometime between September and November. It's possible Al might stick a promo for it on the DVD that goes along with the album though.

Exciting stuff! Who was the other animator supposedly working on this? Bill Plimpton? Maybe he animated the three cute chicks? Could be!

Patti, the other animator could be David A. Lovelace.

I don't know if you saw Al on g4's "attack of the show", but he was working with some guy who also does adult cartoons (for the life of me, I can't remember his name). You might find the interview on google video or something.

I don't think the guy himself actually makes cartoons, he just hosts an cartoon festival.

Yes, that's true. He and Al are linked because they used to play the Jurassic Park video at the Spike and Animation Music Festival. As far as the Spumco stuff, I loved Bjork's I Miss You video, and that wasn't overly adult in content, except for the almost nude Bjork in the bathtub. But, she had bubbles covering her chest, so it was still ok. I'm sure the video will be fine.

The We Are The World parody was mentioned re: Bill Plympton, right?
My theory is Al is just doing 2 animated videos with 2 different animators.

But we have four animators... John K, Bill Plympton, Katie Rice and David C Lovelace.

Keep in mind that we still don't know for sure that there are TWO separate videos.
