I like the song that you parodied 1985 by Bowling for soup. Thats a good choice for what you sang about. And the lyrics are great, cause you tell about the movie so well.

So thats the reason I like it. And I also like the movie, seen it a dozen times practically.

Awesome guys, thanks for the feedback! Have you guys ever heard the original 1985 by SR-71? Bowling for Soup's 1985 is a cover, the original by SR-71 sounds awesome!

I didn't know that it was a cover; they seem to act like it's their own song.

I like "1955" for the same reasons as Patti: the accordion is great, the lyrics fit perfectly with the original, and it wouldn't be out of place on Al's debut album (well, it would since it's a parody of a song about life two years after the debut album came out...but you know what I mean). :D

If you watch the video, it shows a guy walking and then looking at them all crazy. That's the lead singer for SR-71.
