I want to know who performs the back-up vocals on the song. It sounds like some females.

maybe some of the people who sang on the last album, if they were available at what sounds like fairly short notice, judging from Al's blog

It's probably just his wife superimposed over herself.

Why would you assume Al would have his wife do back-up vocals as opposed to, I don't know, any other woman?

That line in the song really bugs me. Avatar isn't a specific character. In either production, really.
In Cameron's blockbuster, the race of creatures are the Na'vi. And in
The Last Airbender, the Airbender himself is named Aang.
And I'm opening up an old can of worms by saying Mary Shelley wrote the name "Frankenstein" for the doctor, not the monster.

Well, he likes to employ relatives. They work cheap. But I don't think we have any reason to believe Suzanne sings for any recordable purpose. It was more likely Monique, or Kim, or Angie, or, of course, Lisa. Or some combination of the aforementioned.

It certainly sticks out. I have a feeling there is a visual treatment planned for this.

For some reason in my mind I just assumed it meant crazy/wacky/unique/weird but that is kind of odd if I think about it
