Not a pal, but certainly a fashion inspiration!

Saw Emo Philips today. He was appearing with the Glendale Symphony Orchestra, narrating Peter and the Wolf in his own inimitable style. Pretty great. And I got to meet him afterward.

There was a nice representation of Al fans there-- thanks for the ticket, Peggy! Also Carlotta, Vikki, Jordan and Tina.

It was actually quite the convention of Al's Pals. Judy Tenuta and "Musical Mike" Kieffer were in the audience also (not together).

That is a show I would have loved to see. I love Emo, he is such a nice guy. Wish I'd gotten to see him last time he was in Philly

That sounds like it was really fun, Helen. I saw Vikki's picture with Emo. Very cool! Maybe if he comes to Michigan I can catch him. I've heard nothing but really nice things about him.

Al's pal Chris Hardwick & Nerdist Industries are part of a charity event to benefit Make-A-Wish,
co-sponsored by LucasFilm and Machinima. Check out this video all about it: http://youtu.be/aoy6fIg9N6c

Running with Light Sabers! Hmm, sounds like an album title.

I ran into Victoria Jackson today at CPAC. She's a genuinely nice lady. Image
