I will be posting pics from Milwaukee WI, Glen Ellyn IL and Rockford IL here very soon. At that same website, but i have to wait until my laptop is fixed for that. So enjoy Rochester Hills

Thanks for the pics! Surprised at how low the videoscreens were. Looks like a real little stage set-up. Interesting to see the new costumes. The refurbished fat suit looks amazing, as well as the mask. Also, cool shirt for Smells Like Nirvana. Similar to the other shirt in the style, but the colors are much brighter and bolder. Nice to see the improvements!

Awesome pictures. The new costumes looked great.
The stage was really small, but it didn't really make a huge impact on the show. I noticed the video screen error pretty early on, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Wow... OUTSTANDING photos, as usual, Fred!
They are all so good, I can't even begin to pick a favorite.
It looks like you had a perfect view of Jon in Glen Ellyn, and you captured some really FABULOUS pix of him!

i was toward the back of the theater this time for glen ellyn, im usually on the other side closer, so when i sat down and saw that it was a perfect view of Jon, i took alot of him, i can usually take 400+ at a show but when its a view of him, then im into the 700+, when i 1st got the new camera, one show i took 900+

Hi all,
I'm looking for some clarification on Al's photography policy at live shows. I will be watching him in Tucson next month from the center of the front row, so would love to be able to take photos from my seat. This venue is normally fairly strict on cameras, so I've found it helps greatly if I can get official word from the artist first (or failing that, sometimes an official photo pass).
I'd prefer to be able to shoot with my DSLR (+50mm lens) if possible - I see that fred27 does his shooting with an XSi, so guess it's not a problem? If not, a point-and-shoot is better than nothing :-)
Any help appreciated,
Stuart
