Emily, you did a great job on the book. All the pages look amazing. Nice poem, Meli. It sums up Al perfectly.

You sent a letter right? With a chibi drawing? It's there, but because you had 3 pages, I decided to keep them folded and make a little pocket for it....so yours would be page 9. I did the same thing with April's card, which has a letter in there too, but I thought rather than spread it over over 3 pages, I'd put it all in the one spot so Al can just pull it out [and put it back]

Just so people know, if you sent something to me [and I received it] then it went in the book

Yes, because all the gifts, and the book were given to Al last night, after the show at the Greek. We do have a Happy Birthday Al topic here. You may post your message there on Tuesday, if you like.

I wasn't able to speak to my aunt at the baby shower today, because well, its hard to talk while trying to take care of a party, but I'll call her tomorrow and thank her again, and bring up the fact that I never got to really see Al's reactions to all the gifts because it was so crowded and all. We'll see what happens.
