Maybe we should just leave well enough alone. I don't know how happy Al would be that the song be out on youtube. I mean, it's Joel Miller who really sings most of it, but still. Just an idea.


By the way, I asked Damaskas about the keyboard version of Orgy a while back and he told me about the recording process. I currently cannot access the message as I am at school right now, but he had said something along the lines of: "I remember this. Alfred sent me audio of him playing this song on accordion and him singing and gave it to me so I could add to it. I started up my organ and layed the track over it and made this little ornate rythym to it."

I second Eyeball Chair's sentiment. Even Joel seemed more than a bit shocked that this (and his bongo impressions) had suddenly appeared on YouTube after probably never hearing them himself for 30 years. Imagine making some off-color jokes to like 10-15 people in college and then having said jokes appear online and get thousands of views and likes over three decades later. That's essentially what we're doing to Al and Joel.

Also I refuse to share the mp3 with anybody else from now on. If you want it, you're on your own in finding your own copy.
