Waaaaay back in 1999 my cousin and I were at the pool with my parents (My cousin was about 11). That was back in the days when "The Saga Begins" was being played on the radio. Anyway, he told my parents about this HILARIOUS guy (At the time, I couldn't recall his name) that made this hilarious parody called "Yoda" and "The Saga Begins." I loved it, and sang them every chance I could get. After about 3 years, then memories faded until I got "Dare to Be Stupid" for Christmas in 2002. I loved Al until 2005, then I kinda forgot about. Then, two years ago, I got Bad Hair Day for a Christmas present, and I've been collecting the albums ever since!

Hmmmm... neat-o!!
We listened to a tape of my math teacher's on the last day of school in 6th grade... so yep, I listened to Al all summer on YouTube and stuff. Then I went to a concert last September, which was awesomeness. My friend gave me Poodle Hat (knowing that I liked Al and everything) for Christmas. And since then I just have aquired CDs. Woohoo!

hmmm, well my brother used to be a big fan, so when I was in 5th grade, I decided that I would watch al's videos cause I was bored. I was hooked after that. now I know all about al. I first saw an al video when I was in florida with george perez, I was four at the time.

I first heard of Al from my brother. He had the Bad Hair Day CD in his room, and I was seven years old, so I was fond of going into his room without asking.
So I found Bad Hair Day on his dresser and decided to take it into my room. Not sure why, since I didn't have my own CD player, but whatever. I looked inside and there was no CD, just the booklet! I felt ripped off that I did all that searching for nothing. But then I heard my brother playing the CD the next day, and I sat in the hallway outside of his door, listening to it, haha. He remembers this and told me how, when he opened the door, I pretended to be minding my own business.
The first song I heard, since it's the first on the CD, was Amish Paradise. My brother ended up giving me the CD after he "grew out" (pfft) of listening to Weird Al. And then of course, through the years I learned of all his songs, and my brother still laughs at me for being such a nerd about it.

Waay back in January of this year, I heard The Ebay song on You-Tube. I bought WAY Live the next day, and then all the other albums over the next couple of months; UHF and UVC and now have pretty much everything he's ever released, a hard drive full of pictures and video clips plus I've been to two concerts and met him twice . Not bad for 7 months

When I was six, I saw the video for "Fat" and I was just kind of amused for a while. Then, when I was eight, I was diggin' "Smells Like Teen Spirit". I was in the car with my mom, when what I thought was SLTS came on... nope. I asked my mom what this was and she goes, "I think it's Weird Al." I was like "who?" And then I remember saying, "You mean that guy that did "Fat?"" She said "yes". I said "oh". And that's all I could say was "oh".... And here I am 16 years later still diggin' Weird Al. Everyone I know who has liked Weird Al has kind of fallen off the bandwagon, so to speak. It's a bummer. BUT, I did get my wife into Weird Al, so it's all good. That's all. They forgot the onions.
