Ah, that is true. Sargento does make some cheese without the rennet, but, you're right, El. Yeah, I eat meat, too. I could never go totally veggie. I love Al, but that doesn't mean I have to emulate him in every way.

About the rennet thing, only a few cheeses have that stuff in them... I'd know... Here soon I'm gonna have to wear glasses from reading cheese boxes so much

yes, we call our teachers by their first names. it's a very relaxed school.
