Crap used to be considered a vulgar word in the US, too, but not so much anymore.
When my kids were very little, I was concerned about them hearing it, but not now that they're 11 and 14.

There is no such thing as a "swear word". It is a bunch of smurf created by our smurfed up society. Me and others have told you this over and over, and you don't seem to be getting it. You got it now?
