haha, well, gee, doesn't that just make Nucka even more immature? Thanks for keeping us up-to-snuff on Ruckagate, Jon.

Hmm, now I think I'll finish watching those other two videos from Keith...just to bring things back on topic in here. I liked the first one I saw. Well done.

Ok, watched the other two videos from Keith From Up Da Block, and they were pretty good.

Anything to take me away, if briefly, from Ruckagate.

Thanks again, Keith, for posting in here and linking to your videos.

JNN BREAKING NEWS

Nucka News Reporter Chris Golden In Hot Water Over False Accusations
INTERNET -- As day two of the so-called Ruckagate controversy continues, Nucka Nucka Ali and his army of Nuckas have begun a new offensive. Their strategy: defame long-trusted news source JNN. At approximately 1:00pm EDT, Mr. Ali issued a call to arms for all Nuckas on Twitter. Ali said the Nuckas "need NUCKA NEWS Twitter account. So Weird Als fans wont keep distorting the truth b4 running back 2the forum 2call me immature [sic]" Mr. Ali further clarified that "To be the official #NuckaNews reporter, please post a RECAP of yesterday's shinanigans [sic] w/ Weird Al's fans. Be dishonest like them."
At this time several of Nucka's Nuckas began tweeting to Mr. Ali various reports as audition material for his fledgling network, Nucka News. One such reporter was Chris Golden, known on Twitter as @goldenONEc, whose reports focused exclusively on the news network, JNN. [Disclaimer: In the interest of full disclosure, JNN is owned and operated by Jon Katz, known on this forum as TMBJon. JNN is a non-profit news organization.] After several tweets suggesting Weird Al fans were the leading cause in the rampant spread of "JewAids," Mr. Golden then suggested that JNN has "comprised some airwaves" [sic] and that his followers should "not trust anyone in a Jew hat." It was at this time that Mr. Golden published the following tweet:

JNN, an organization that always double checks its sources, retweeted the above tweet, with the following caveat published immediately thereafter: "The below report from #NuckaNews reporter @GoldenONEc is unconfirmed. We do not have proof that @BarackObama said this quote regarding JNN."
Shortly thereafter, Nucka News issued a correction, stating that "Barry O" was in fact referring to his mailman, not the President of the United States of America. In the interest of full fairness, JNN ran this correction, attributing the mistake to Nucka News.
At this point, JNN assumed the story was over, however Mr. Golden then began a barrage of tweets suggesting that JNN had deleted one of its tweets, as seen here:
Image
JNN was quick to deny that it had deleted any tweets, and we stand on the record that JNN has not deleted a single tweet in its long history on Twitter. Upon further investigation, however, we came across a very interesting discovery: It was in fact NUCKA NEWS reporter Chris Golden who had deleted a previously offending tweet. The above screenshot shows that Mr. Golden tweeted a report that President Barack Obama went on the record slandering JNN. Upon JNN's retweeting of this post, Mr. Golden then deleted said tweet which can be observed by looking at the Twitter account of @goldenONEc and noting the absence of the tweet shown above.
JNN stands behind this report: we have not today nor have we ever deleted a tweet from our Twitter account, though it appears clear that Nucka News has indeed deleted a false tweet regarding President Obama's slanderous attack on JNN. Which news organization is more trustworthy? This we leave to the readers to decide.

Jon, looks like that tweet is back in @goldenONEc's timeline. He's messing with JNN. No matter, I know which news source I can trust.

I will enjoy the spectacle of watching them defend the integrity of a "news organization" that begins with an official policy of dishonesty. Unintended comedy is sometimes the best comedy.

You know, there was a time when Al did a lot of songs about food and TV....but even then he had songs about OTHER STUFF. From what I can tell, ALL of Nucka Nucka Ali's songs have something to do with race and making jokes about Jews, Asians, Mexicans, etc. I mean, even if any of these songs were legitimately funny (personally, I think they are "meh"), wouldn't the whole race thing get old after awhile?

And I'm sure RRA would claim that his use of race jokes isn't racism but purely ironic. Please. Do you think the people who DO find these songs funny are listening to these songs "ironically", nodding in approval to his "smart" lyrics as they stroke their goatees? Or do they think that a song about getting high all the time called "Rebecca's Black" ("Friday" becomes "High Day"...clever) is HILARIOUS because they think black people are just a bunch of lazy scumbags who smack women around in between smoking crack?

I'm not necessarily applying this comment to the foregoing thread (YMMV, hold it up against the mannequin and see if it fits) but there is a LOT of hostility and intent-to-hurt out there which, when the hostile hurter is called to account, is passed off as a joke. Thus further attacking the already-attacked, because nobody wants to be seen as humorless. "Can't you take a joke?" is often just the second half of a purposive attack that has nothing at all to do with comedy.

So it's not just the Nuggalos, it's Nucka himself who believes his own free speech fails to extend to anyone who criticizes him, AT ALL. Have fun trying to get "Weird Al" Yankovic banned from stuff just because YOU don't like him, smurfhole.

Do we have any PROOF he's not another David Tanny alias?
