no, when he shows the top ten hernias board, it only shows the top five, the sign says top ten, and he only says 9. i hope i didn't confuse you more

Actually, it shows seven of them, but you're right. The list says Top Ten Hernias of the Week, and Al only mentions nine. I never noticed that before!

Along with that, in "Jurrasic Park" when clay Al drops into the dinosaur's stomach, if you look really closely or slow his dropping down, ou can see he's wearing white socks and white underwear with blue POLKAdots. And I'm sure most of you know this one, but the brain surgery (lobotomy?) patient in "Like a Surgeon" is reading the Midnight Star.

That's a parody of the Top Ten parts of the Wayne's World bits on the 2nd part of the GOOD years of SNL.

Well, since Mike Myers (Wayne Campbell) didn't actually become an SNL cast member until 1989 (three years after LWAH), I don't think that's it.
