There should be a Weird Al tooth brush. They should have Al's songs programmed into so when you brush your teeth; his songs start playing. It's already been done with some other bands. I also think that some action figures would be awesome. There are action figures of other bands such as KISS, so why not Al?

Because it's incredibly tacky and designed for kids who rush through brushing their teeth to help time themselves.

Wait, those toothbrushes are for kids? They are just so damn neat!
As far as action figures, Kiss has a much broader fan base than Al. I did send Palisades Toys an email a few years ago when they were asking for license suggestions, and the response was basically "Us nerds would love it, but we cant justify the cost." Although if they were to be released just as a tour was starting, and were priced reasonably, I could see them selling well at merch tables.
