The best time to get to the fair is in the morning or fairly late in the day. In the middle of the day is when it's the most crowded... and hot. So, I'd say go when the fair opens or after 4pm.

While driving home from the movies tonight, I passed by one of those electronic billboards that changes every few seconds, and one of the ads they flashed was for Al's Brain.

Anyway, the CEO of the OC Fair was on the local Southern California PBS news show "Real Orange" this morning, and they showed a few clips from the making of Al's Brain (the same clips you can see online).

Whoops.

... Yeah. I guess I should have looked there.

So when are they going to choose the winners for the V.I.B.? July 10th is coming up...unless they choose the winners in the middle of its showing (doesn't really give winners a whole lot of time to plan their trip IMO)
