Wow, I can't believe soemone would throw wine at Al! It boggles my mind that she even got past security with it. I'm even more surprised that she wasn't ejected, especially if she was shouting during Albuquerque. Very rude! Except for that, I'm glad you had a good time, Melissa.

Well, they sold wine and beer in the theater. It was in a cup, and you could buy bottles, so that's where she got it from. I'm sure Al didn't enjoy his Nirvana costume smelling like alcohol...

Oh, well, maybe they shouldn't sell it, at least, not at Al's shows. Did it hit him in the face, or on his shirt, or both? Poor Al.

They always sell it in their food place like they do at the Hollywood Bowl. It hit both the first time and I'm not sure about the second time. His face wasn't too thrilled about it. He wasn't angry or anything, just a bit, "Why does this always happen to me?"

This is why if I ever get to the point where I can make demands when I play somewhere, one of them will be that there will be absolutely no alcohol served anywhere in the venue before, during, or after the show. And anyone bringing any in will not be allowed in unless they get rid of it. Sorry, but I don't want any drunk idiots at my show.
