As I've said earlier, I firmly believe that with "artists" (and I use that term loosely) like Lady Gaga, the manager is the one pulling all the strings. You really think she makes any of her own business decisions? Of course not, she's just a pawn of the music producers and record labels, and this whole thing pretty much proves that the musicians themselves often have little or no influence on any of the day to day decisions that impact their career.
