He really did seem to be enjoying himself, and Ed and Stephen were having fun with the song, changing the lyrics, and throwing in a shout-out to Al. I'm so glad someone got footage where you can see Al playing this song. Fun clip!
I just love the mail song from Blues Clues at the end.

Oooooh, thanks guys! That explains a lot! I don't know too much about LASIK stuff, but okay, that's interesting!
And yes, it really is great to see Al having a blast playing his accordion!

Al on MTV's Remote Control in 1988 with LL Cool J, Julie Brown, and a guest appearance from a very young Adam Sandler!
Thanks! I know I should be cringing about everything here, but I just can't think about anything else other than the fact that Al looks insanely gorgeous with that little bit of extra weight.
And did our boy always win at TV contests or what? It's always good to know that, if everything fails, he can have a fall-back career as a professional contestant.

You'll notice, when he was on Hollywood Squares he only got ONE question wrong - a question was about hernias, and this was right after Al did all that research for LWAH, and Al gave a little insincere smirk while he was answering, which convinces me he was answering wrong on purpose to try to fool the contestant.

hehe, finally got around to watching Al on Remote Control. That was great! I used to have a picture of the cast, with Kari Wuhrer. Don't remember how I got it. I think it was even signed by Ken Ober. Too bad I lost it.
