Did Patton say it was a 90s band, or just one he's worshipped since the 90s?

I mean I've worshipped Al since I first heard him in 93, doesn't mean he was known as a 90s band

He said it's a band that he's "worshiped since the 90's." But I still feel like it's a 90's band.

He referred to them as "one of the MOST influential, MOST respected 90s outfits" as well.

I was thinking more along the line of those tennis shoes that lit up each time you took a step. Those were WAY moby!
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I was actually thinking of Pearl Jam as well. Especially when it comes to the "influential" part of what Patton said. A lot of bands that have been speculated upon have been more obscure, like the PIxies. If it's one of the most "influential" artists, it has to be a pretty big name. He's already tackled Nirvana in both a parody and a style parody, so it's obviously not them. Pearl Jam is easily the second most influential band from the 90s. And they also have a very distinct sound, which is necessary for a style parody.
