Patti, the horse you had you picture taken by was done by a friend of mine. Her name is Becky Rotter and she's a local artist here. She has her own place called Cherry Hill Pottery. I went to school with both of her kids. Her daughter was a cheerleader with me and her son was in one of the towers when they were hit on Sept. 11th. Luckily he was on the ground floor for a break when the plane hit so he got out fast. That bird has been broken off the horse 2-3 times and smashed to pieces. She had to make a new one everytime. So far no vandelism this year. It used to be a dove on the back. I'm not sure why she made seagull this time.

Thanks for the info on the horse. My sister saw it, and thought it looked cool. Plus, it was the closest one to the Clarion parking lot, which is where the pic of Breanna and my sister was taken. A shame about the bird. Maybe she picked a gull because of Lake Michigan being so close? Anyway, I liked that horse, too. There were a lot of really cool ones. It was fun to stop and see them all as I walked along those cobblestone streets. Like I said before, very nice town you have there, Jenni.
