I don't see how any of those title are parodies of anything.

They sound like Frank Zappa song titles to me.

The difference there is that I genuinely thought I heard something that sounded like Party in the USA, which turned out to be part of the Yoda chant. I wasn't intentionally messing with people that time.

What's funny though is that there did end up being a Party in the USA parody on Alpocalypse. Most likely a coincidence, but I did end up being half-right... so if I'm right about even a single one of my made-up tracks this time, I'll forever have the reputation of the guy on the Weird Al forums who almost correctly 'leaks' information.

Would "Flabby" be a decent idea for Happy, or would it be too much like Fat?

I think obese parodies have had very diminishing returns.

Eat It -> Fat -> Grapefruit Diet

Adding Flabby to that list would be like Eat It 4: The Quest For Peace.

I would be very disappointed in a "Happy" parody called "Flabby." That would definitely be far too much like "Fat," and I'm not sure how Al could make it fresh.
