I acually don't know what "Greetings From Burgeropolis", the only thing I know is that it is not in circulation.

Greetings From Burgeropolis is a CD thelazenby made. It has nothing new on it, everything can be found on some version of the Ultimate Collection.

The reason "Born To Be Mild" has lyrics was the lyric sheet showed up online a while ago...or that's what I heard. The only 1970's video is a short clip of Al performing "Mr. Frump In The Iron Lung" at the coffeehouse.

acually those song i listed the foods they were all sung in a 1979 medley at the demento show and i did find one of the songs from that time
on youtube
called (crampton comes alive)

I uploaded "Crampton Comes Alive". Al performed a medley on the Demento show of: Crampton, Feel Like Throwin' Up, Gravy On You, Take Me To The Liver, Fatter. None of the ones you mentioned are in there.

All the songs you listed like "Hey Food" were from the Coffeehouse. "A Matter Of Crust" was performed once in 1987. This is all I know:

more than a filling (a recording does exist, but we're not getting it any time soon.)
house of the sesame seed bun (see above)
hey food (most likely no recording)
matter of crust (5/16/1987, a recording might exist,)
we wont eat another hero (see above)
year of the fat (most likely no recording)
