He'll go back to the Minor Celebrities before the next challenge is posted if he doesn't choose to switch. Anyway, this early on, there may not be any real advantage in kidnapping (at least not an immediate one), but the strategy of who to select should become more complex as the game progresses. It was basically designed as a way to get some inter-tribal mingling before the merge between people who otherwise wouldn't be chatting with each other.

So, I can only switch tribes once right? There's no going back after that deadline?

Correct. If you don't switch before the next challenge, then you're a Minor Celebrity for the rest of the game until the merge (or if there's a complete tribal rearranging). If you do switch, then you're a Jungle Cruise Guide for the rest of the game until the merge (same caveat).

This is the only time Killingsworth will be kidnapped, regardless of what tribe he ends up on. And as a reminder, if you do decide to switch, that decision is final.

So to sum it up:
-Killingsworth has until 8 PM EST tomorrow to switch tribes
-If he decides not to, he will be moved back to the Minor Celebrities
-The challenge will then be posted, and Killingsworth will participate with the Minor Celebrities

Let me know if there are still any questions. I know it's kind of confusing right now but I think once it all plays out it should all make sense.

BTW, this is entirely optional, but if you guys want to PM me from time to time with your thoughts on alliances, strategy, reactions to challenges/votes/kidnappings, questions and comments on hosting, etc. etc. I'd love to hear where you stand throughout the game. It'd definitely be cool to get all the different perspectives as things play out whenever you get a chance (maybe every other round or so).

Obviously I wouldn't be able to respond to these in much detail, but I want to be sure that everybody's enjoying themselves and that the game is being run smoothly, and to get a sense of what your approach to the game is. Naturally it would all remain confidential, and I could incorporate it into my host blog (which is shaping up into a pretty sizable document already) to make it more complete...and it's also a pretty good way to ensure I talk about you more (and more positively) in said blog.
