So far I've been able to record the E! interview, the bit on "Ellen," and a few of the roaming camera shots of Al and Suzanne on both E! and the TV Guide Channel, but I still haven't caught the little chat with Greg Proops yet. I could have sworn I've collectively seen the whole thing on TV Guide at least once by now, but still I keep missing it. I'm on the third and last rerun now, so I'm getting a little antsy.

He's on right after Paul "I'm so proud of my yellow grill" Hall. Yech! :#
Man, I thought he had terminal dental problems!

The interview is approximately 10 minutes after the second hour, and about all that is said is Al is happy to be there, Al is happy to get to meet Paul Hall, Al is happy to meet Greg Proops, Al is having a very good time and goodbye!

Right you are Kevbo! The Dixie Hicks are even disowned by CMT and country radio stations!

Good point! ;) Jeff Foxworthy has long since moved on from "redneck jokes." And the other guys on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour are completely different acts from Foxworthy. Personally, I really enjoy Larry the Cable Guy and I'd be very satisfied with him winning. Actually he's got more humor in his flanel shirt than Lewis Black has in his whole whiney body.

Amen, brother!

Are you serious? I don't care either way--different strokes for different folks--but even if you think Larry the Cable Guy is funny, do you think he deserves a Grammy?

I finally caught it. I cheated a bit; I just left a tape running at around 6:30 and left the room for a while. It's not as sporting as keeping the finger on the record and pause buttons, but I was turning green the third time I heard Mary J. Blige explain how she picked out her Grammy dress.

Larry the Cable Guy is slightly funnier than Carlos Mencia.

I'm watching the Tonight Show, and they just showed a segment with Chris Isaak at the Grammys. They showed a montage of different celebs with him, and Al was one of them! Too bad they didn't show Chris talking to him, as they did for a few others. Still, it was cool to see Al and Chris together.
